Workspace Settings

Per-workspace configuration: MCP servers, permissions, additional paths, and capabilities.

Location: Click the workspace settings gear (top-right, next to the main gear). On mobile: tap the three-dots menu, then Workspace Settings.

Workspace Settings is separate from the main Settings dialog. It covers things scoped to the current workspace only. Two tab groups: General and Capabilities.

General

PanelWhat it does
MCP ServersConnect and manage MCP servers for this workspace
PermissionsView and revoke tool permission grants
Additional PathsAdd directories outside the workspace the agent can access

Capabilities

CapabilityWhat it does
MemoryPersistent memory across sessions. The agent remembers.
SkillsAgent-managed skills. The agent creates and updates its own instruction sets.
Session SearchRecall past conversations. The agent searches through previous sessions.
WorkflowParallel orchestration. Complex tasks fan out to multiple subagents.

Capabilities are what make the agent smart over time. All four are off by default. Toggle them on per workspace. Each capability (except Workflow) has a risk level that controls when the agent needs your approval before writing. See Agent Capabilities for the full guide.
